"Ingrid was amazing with our 11 month old cavoodle. Right from our ‘meet and greet’ I felt very comfortable that our fur baby was going to be well cared for. Ingrid listened carefully and ensured she gathered any necessary information to ensure that our pup would feel at home with her. She gave us plenty of time on that visit and when we returned to drop him off for a 5 night stay. Ingrid sent us such lovely updates snd photos of their time together - they had wonderful outings to the park and socialising as our pup loves running and playing with other dogs. When we collected him he was calm and happy. Again Ingrid gave us plenty of time to debrief and show us lots of photos of our pup’s happy time. He has been well settled since coming home and I am happy in knowing that he was well loved during his little ‘holiday’. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ingrid and will definitely seek to have her mind our pup again. "

"This couple went beyond our expectation. We thought it was "just a 1 day care/boarding" for my little girl but they cared and loved my furry little girl just as their own. By the end of the day, they also taught us some tips and tricks for obedience training and a lot more! Would absolutely recommend them! "Shannon was a pawfect host for our elderly, large dog who is in palliative care stages.
We felt really comfortable with her, and so did our girl - who is sometimes nervous with new people.
Her experience and reliability with daily medication was clear and we appreciated her experience caring for her own pets to impressive ages.
We're honestly so grateful to have found her, as before that we were worried about leaving our furbaby, but needed to visit human family members interstate.
