"My pup and I had the most amazing experience with Hazel as our pet sitter! 😊 From the very first message, Hazel made me feel at ease. She was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—not just during the booking process, but also while my puppy was in her care. I never had to wonder how things were going because she kept me updated with regular check-ins and sent lots of adorable photos and videos.
One of the reasons we chose Hazel was because her own dog is the same breed as mine, so I knew she’d understand the little quirks—and I was right. Hazel really got my pup, and that trust meant everything.
When we arrived, my pup was nervous, but Hazel was calm and confident. Seeing her handle the situation so gently gave me instant peace of mind. After I left, I was told via text that my puppy settled in beautifully and was soon playing happily with the other dogs. Apparently, she made lots of friends and had her favourites too!
Her home was warm and inviting, and I felt that my puppy was at home away from home. Hazel’s place looked wonderful—spacious and well set up for dogs to rest and play. While I wasn’t there to see everything firsthand, naturally, Hazel’s thoughtful updates, messages, photos, and videos gave me such a strong sense of care and professionalism.
When my puppy came home, she was so tired she took herself straight to bed. A tired, engaged dog who was obviously mentally and physically stimulated while there is absolutely perfect.
Honestly, it felt like my dog was on her own little retreat while I was away. I came back to a relaxed, happy pup, and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you, Hazel—you truly have a gift with animals. 🙂"

"Mimi lovingly cared for our cocker spaniel for two weeks recently. She was an amazing pet sitter! She sent us lots of pictures and updates, walked her, provided lots of love and attention and was amazing by in coordinating her pick up from the pet travel agency we used to reunite her with us overseas. "This was the first time we’d ever left our mini Dachshund with someone outside our family, so naturally we were pretty anxious, both about Dazzle and about finding the right person to care for her.
From the very beginning, Tash was amazing. Communication before the booking and throughout Dazzle’s stay was quick, easy and reassuring. We always felt she was in safe hands.
Over the two days, Tash took Dazzle on plenty of adventures, made sure she had her medication, kept her well fed and gave her lots of cuddles. One of the biggest things for us was knowing Dazzle could sleep in her own bed while still enjoying the company of other dogs and people. It made the whole experience feel so much more like home for her.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Tash more highly. We’re so grateful for the care she gave Dazzle and the updates she gave us and hope she’ll have her back again in the future."

"Diane and Cameron were fantastic. Our boxer, Candy, stayed with them for a week and was so well cared for. Communication was excellent, we received daily updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind.
It was clear Candy was treated like part of the family. She was well loved, walked regularly, and given plenty of cuddles.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Cameron, and we will definitely be back!"

"Sarah is Amazing! She has such a warm aura and genuine nature and dogs connect with her so easily. Sarah has been such a pleasure to organise dog sitting with, communicates openly and regularly and is accomodating to personal requests. Sarah loves animals and her home has been set up as a cosy safe haven for them. My dog was well looked after and spoiled with love and attention. "Revanth and his wife provided an excellent care for our lab Charlie for 6 days. They obviously love dogs and made her very welcome, and looked well after Charlie, taking her on walks and to the dog park. We received daily videos and photos that showed great time Charlie had in their care. Special thanks to their dog Nani who became friends with Charlie the instance we got there. "

"I had an excellent experience with Jessica. From the outset, she took the time to properly chat through Bluey’s stay, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos. She even took Bluey to the beach, which he absolutely loved. "We were really pleased to find Bron on Pawshake! We had never left Lilly before with a dog sitter or in a dog kennel so we were a little nervous trying to find someone to take care of her and love her as much as we do - Bron took all our fears away! Bron treated Lilly like her own and updated us with photo's and messages - she took Lilly for walks each day and her boys played ball with Lilly (which Lilly loves). I would not hesitate to leave Lilly again with Bron and can highly recommend Bron if you are looking for a pet sitter. Now that Lilly is home again I think she is actually missing Bron and the boys and Jaffa."
