We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care—Pansy and Michael were absolutely outstanding.
Leaving our two older dogs (10 & 11 years) for an extended period was something we were quite anxious about, especially as we usually rely on family. From the very beginning, Pansy put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
They went above and beyond in every aspect of care. Our dogs were walked twice daily, their dietary needs were followed perfectly, and they received so much attention and affection. The daily updates with photos and videos were incredible and gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear our dogs weren’t just being looked after—they were truly cared for and treated like part of the family. They came home relaxed, happy, and clearly having enjoyed their own little holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Pansy again and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy pet care."

"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.

"I could not more highly recommend this fine man. Regarding my two dog's behaviours, I could not have scripted a more disastorous meet n greet. My dogs barked and carried on, but Patrick was extremely gracious and patient and totally understanding. He's a bonified 'dog person' who just gets it.
He had our dogs for about 12 days and provided updates through our whatsapp chat. He was very easy to make plans with and I just knew our family dogs were in good care.
He will be our first go to everytime from now on.
Thank you again Patrick for your care of our precious family dogs - and they way you come to a great understanding of our dog's personalities so quickly.

"Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"Dana and her family took amazing care of our French Bulldog Baxter while we were away. From the moment he arrived, they treated him as if he was part of their own family, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Dana was incredibly attentive to Baxter’s needs ensuring he received his daily medication, regular baths, plenty of playtime, walks and most importantly the same love and care he receives at home.
We were kept updated throughout his stay with regular photos and videos. We were also impressed by the training Dana & Marty worked on with him during his time there.
We can’t thank Dana and her family enough for the amazing care they provided. It was clear Baxter was happy, comfortable and well looked after. We would not hesitate to use their services again in future.

"Our experience with Leaonie leaving our dog Milo with her for a week whilst we were on holidays, was superb! She was very warm, welcoming and reassuring. Her place was well-suited for Milo. Through video and message updates, we knew Milo had a amazing time. He had the chance to socialise with two other dogs for the first time, which is great! My dog had a medical emergency right before my holiday and I was torn about whether I should even go or not. Alice and Eddie were so kind and put my mind at rest. They looked after my puppies as if they were their own and the detailed communication updates were outstanding! "Jamie and Hector looked after my old girl Nala for 5 days while I was away and did an amazing job! "Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too.
