"Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Han and family looked after Loki for a week and treated him like their own. I received daily updates, videos and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while away. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Loki's specific routine. They followed all my instructions perfectly including high-energy walks and feeding schedules without a hitch. "Margarita has been absolutely wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have found her. From the very beginning, she was warm, reliable, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She was an excellent communicator throughout the process.
She took such beautiful care of my dog, making sure they were not only well looked after, but also happy, comfortable, and loved. I really appreciated the updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing everything was going so well while I was away.

"I can't recommend Linda and Chris highly enough.
I left my dog, Cookie, in their care while we were away, and unfortunately, he became very distressed being separated from us. Linda and Chris went above and beyond to support him and make him as comfortable as possible.
Their communication was exceptional. They kept me updated regularly, checked in frequently, and were completely honest about how Cookie was coping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that their priority was always Cookie's wellbeing rather than simply getting through the booking.
In the end, I made the decision to collect Cookie after one night, but that decision was made with their support and guidance because they genuinely put his needs first. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Linda and Chris are warm, caring people and very obviously true dog lovers. Their home is welcoming, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. While Cookie wasn't quite ready for overnight stays away from his family, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Linda and Chris to anyone looking for trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely compassionate pet sitters."

"Jason and Stephanie took amazing care of our dogs, despite dogs testing their boundaries. "Pearl and Nelly took such good care of our dog Dolly while we were overseas for 3 weeks. We were provided daily updates and photos of Dolly and Pearl was even accomodating to our dog’s dietary needs when our dog was picky with her food and stocked up on her favourite treats when she ran out. I can’t recommend Pearl and Nelly enough! Dolly throughly enjoyed her stay here and loved Mochi’s company 💕

"We had a really positive experience with Nikki and her partner Pedro for dog boarding. I was quite anxious about leaving our boys with someone new, as we usually have friends look after them, but they gave us great peace of mind from the start. They were responsive and reassuring whenever I checked in, which made a big difference.

"Joel and Emma looked after my dog Bonnie while I was in Japan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
From the start, they were warm, organised and genuinely caring. Bonnie settled in so well with them, which says everything—she’s not shy about letting you know if she’s unhappy. I got regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier.
They treated her like part of their family, not just a job. I came home to a very happy, relaxed dog (and maybe one who didn’t miss me quite as much as I hoped 😅).
