"It was our dog's first experience boarding (4 days), and we couldn't be happier with the care Andrew (and Bruce) gave her. She cleary loved her stay, as well as his company.
Andrew was with her 24/7, took her for daily walks and even groomed her (getting rid of tricky knots and matted hair). He was great with communication/photos and entirely trustworthy.
Even though we don't live in the area, we'll continue to use Andrew every time from now on."

"Jenny was very professional and lovely. It was easy to communicate with Jenny. She kept us updated us on our little one every couple of hours and gave us this big piece of mind and reassurance. Our baby(dog) was looked after very well. He was taken on a regular walks and socialized with other pets. i highly recommend Jenny and her service and would use her services again in future. Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"Merryn was amazing from the first contact and several phone conversations we had.
Unfortunately one of my dogs 🐕 was diagnosed with being totally blind which happened within a few weeks and after I had booked my dogs in with her
I phoned her to ask how she felt about minding a blind dog and her response was amazing
Immediately she replied that she didn’t mind and said she had looked after blind dogs,sick dogs giving them medication etc. in the past.
Merryn did an amazing job looking after them and gave me lots of reports how they were doing
She said she would be happy to mind them anytime
I would recommend Merryn full heartitly.
This is the first time I have ever left my dogs with a total stranger
I will be asking Merryn to look after them in the future.

"We left our 9 year old Maltese (Oreo) with Niharika for a week and I can say Oreo didn want to come back home😅 Niharika was kind enough to organise a meet and greet at such a short notice and was very accommodating to all our needs as it was such a last minute booking due to our regular doggy sitter being unavailable. We received regular updates through whatsapp and loved seeing Oreo being happy:) I would highly recommend Niharika and will definitely be using her for future bookings! Thank you once again😊😊"
