My experience with pets

While I haven't previously held a professional role in pet sitting, I've accumulated ample experience caring for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and rabbits, through helping friends. With over a decade of hands-on experience in my pet ownership, I've fostered a deep understanding of different animals' needs and behaviors： guinea pigs，hamsters/rice，rabbits，parrots，turtles，fightfish. My extensive background has equipped me with the skills and patience necessary to provide exceptional care tailored my services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each pet under my care. Currently, I share my home with a delightful mix of pets—a cat, a dog, and two adorable guinea pigs—who bring boundless joy and companionship into my life.&nbsp;

My motives

My sunny disposition and genuine love for animals drive my passion for pet sitting. I find immense joy in nurturing furry friends and ensuring they feel loved and comfortable in their owner's absence, of course, it's also to earn some living expenses. As a recent graduate currently unemployed, I have the flexibility to dedicate ample time to accommodate various scheduling needs, offering reliable care at any hour of the day.

My commitments and requests&nbsp;

I prioritize the safety and well-being of all animals under my care, which is why I require that all pets be up-to-date on vaccinations. For pets I bring home, like cats and dogs, I need employers to have proof of their vaccinations, this requirement is not only responsible for my babies, but also for other employers' pets. (This requirement does NOT include small pets such as rabbits and parrots).
Rest assured, your beloved companions will receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment. I'm excited about the opportunity to meet and care for your cherished pets, providing them with the love and attention they deserve while you're away.


My Wife and I love dogs and we have 2 beagles Peanut 4 yro and Dobby 3yro  Our beagles are dog friendly and they love to wrestle! Our 2 beagleslove sun bathing and playing fetch. I can also teach your dogs some tricks ifthey would like  We have a sun-filled grass backyard with some concreted area. We havemore than enough space for your lovely pups to run around and play.  I would prefer vaccinated dogs with flea and ticks treatment please.10-25kg dogs preferred. I would only accept 2-3 dogs per day so that I canprovide them enough attention they require.  We live ina house which is medium sized with a medium yard. We provide dog boarding shortor long term and day care. We will consider medium and large dogs but veryyoung, very large or very active dogs are not suitable, due to limited ourspace. All pets who stay with us will either sleep in the laundry or will sleepoutside. Nita works from home 3-4 days a week and I am flexible with my workinghours, meaning that most days I can spend time with the pooches, taking themfor daily walks, to the local dog park, local cafe etc. &nbsp;
We would love to care for your pets in our home andare quite flexible with care arrangements. We can only look after dogs. Weoffer all services including walking, feeding, medicating, pick up and drop off(within our local area). Any other special requests will be considered.Please be aware that we are now accepting multiple bookings at one time, so wedo request that your pets be socialised, vaccinated, able to walk on a lead andtoilet trained (excluding caged animals of course) if possible. Generallydesexed pets are preferred. We love animals and would love to take care of your fur babies like our own. We have always pets (dogs and cats for over 20 years).
I am currently finishing my doctorate in psychology through online at Macquarie University so I am at home all day, everyday.&nbsp;
We live in a house with a fully fenced backyard. I live with my husband, and two teenage sons. We all love animals and knows how to treat them right. We have a mini fox terrier named Gus who gets on extremely well with other dogs, and our cat who we absolutely adore. We have a park 5 minutes away from where we live and also other walking areas so we can take your pets out for their daily exercise and fresh air twice a day. We go to the off-leash park most days weather permitting. If they love to be outdoors, they can  be in our backyard. We have a large rumpus room where they can also hang out and are free to roam the whole house.
They will also be given a lot of attention. We will send you pictures of them frequentyl so you know they are in the best care.
I offer dog boarding, doggy daycare, dog walks which can be for 30 minutes to an hour or to your specific instructions, and home visits.
We would also love to have a meet and greet with your pet.

Hi! Start here and please read these FAQs.Me and my 6yo daughter love dogs and being outside. We spend hours outside every day and would be excited to share part of this time with your dog.We walk in several local parks and know a few dogs in each of them but Oatley Park is our favourite. We have been walking dogs from small to large for over 6 months. Every day we are at one of local dog parks.&nbsp;Please note that our walks are LONG, minimum 2 hours, sometimes 3, if the weather is suitable. This is why price is higher – it reflects the length of walk.WHAT DOES DAY CARE INCLUDE?Dogs that come for day care go with us everywhere. A typical 8-10 hour day will include up to 4 hours of park time, walking on quiet streets of Oatley, beach in Oatley if weather permits and tide is high and time to rest at home. The walks can be spread (morning and afternoon) or all in one go depending on the dog's ability, weather and your wishes.HOW MANY DOGS DO I TAKE?You can be sure your dog will get a good time away from home and undivided attention as we will only take one dog at a time.WHAT DOGS I DON'T TAKENote that I cannot take dogs that are reactive to other dogs or people or resource guarding.WHAT IS MY WALKING STYLE?As mentioned above, my walks are 2 hours long minimum (unless it is way too hot).&nbsp;In terms of exercise we keep it tailored to the dog: either light and relaxed or more exercise if the dog is up to it. We stop to sniff and make it enjoyable for the dog. If the dog must be on leash then we will do scent tracking to keep pup's brain busy. I also have a long 5m and 10m leash.You will get several photos to see what your pup was doing. It may be: tracking in the park, quiet street walk, beach, visiting a dog-friendly cafe, games, relaxing and observing hoomans and other animals.Every time your dog will get to release some of pent up energy and then relax. We can play some training games such as Look At That, 1-2-3, do some sniff puzzles for brain in a quiet spot once your dog is ready.&nbsp;Please also remember to prepare a good amount of food to take on our walk. I do make my own sardine treats too and they are very popular.HOW WILL YOUR DOG BE TREATED?I ascribe to bond over obedience and non-violent, positive only training principles. I do not yank the leash and so on.&nbsp;As a child I had a budgee, hamsters, and looked after cats that lived nearby. I have taught my own child that all pets have boundaries and personalities just like people and they need to be respected. We have been reading about dogs a lot. One of our favourite books is by an Australian author Laura Vissaritis called Rescue Dog, which taks about bond between dogs and their people, three books by Steve Mann.We have also read books by dog behaviour specialists: "On the Other End of The Leash" by Patricia Mcconnell, "Plenty in Life is Free" by Kathy Sdao, "On Talking Terms With Dogs" by Turid Rugaas, "Behaviour Asjustment Training BAT 2.0" by Grisha Stewart to name a few.WHAT I NEED TO CONFIRMI prefer to take dogs with a good recall and ones that can go well on leash and&nbsp; off-leash without running away and can be fine with riding in a car. And obviously the dog needs to be OK with a calm 6yo. Size wise it can be small medium or large dog, for example a labrador retriever.&nbsp;Your dog will come with its own:1. Collar, harness, leash2. Your contact details and your vet's3. Favourite toys (I have a standard size Chuck-it ball launcher but if yours is small include it as well please).We will need to meet you and your dog beforehand to make sure we will be a good team.&nbsp;

We are a family of 3 including a sociable 7 months Japanese chin. Myself is a registered pharmacist working part time and my partner working causal shifts. We spend a lot of time with our FUR baby and would love to include yours in our play date. That will be include fetch and catch, walks, dog parks and beach walks. 
We are located at Bexley, and that's only 1 min drive to a Bexley dog park and 10mins drive to Brighton-Le-Sands dog friendly beach.

· Dog Walking: Each dog walk lasts at least 30 minutes. I offer two walks per day, ensuring plenty of exercise and fun.&nbsp;
· Health &amp; Grooming: I can administer basic medication as needed and provide simple grooming services like brushing and bathing.&nbsp;
· Training:While I don’t offer professional training, I'm experienced in basic command reinforcement and positive behavior encouragement.&nbsp;

· I board up to two dogs at the same time to ensure each gets adequate attention and care.&nbsp;
· As a PhD student working mainly from home, I can supervise guest pets nearly 24/7.&nbsp;

· Living Situation: My home is shared with my partner Henry and my friendly Ragdoll cat. Henry is an Actuary who WFH 2 to 3 days per week. We both love pets. He also takes care of pets and can do dog walks in the evening. Our apartment is spacious, with a guest pets’ sleeping area in my quiet study room.&nbsp;
· Backyard Details: Although we do not have a backyard, we have a spacious balcony which is fully fenced; in addition to the proximity to Scarborough Park and the beach provides ample outdoor space for play and walks.&nbsp;
· Security: Living in a secure building with reliable gates, the safety of your pet is assured.&nbsp;
Availability: My flexible schedule allows me to be available for pet care throughout the week, including weekends.&nbsp;
