"Merryn was amazing from the first contact and several phone conversations we had.
Unfortunately one of my dogs 🐕 was diagnosed with being totally blind which happened within a few weeks and after I had booked my dogs in with her
I phoned her to ask how she felt about minding a blind dog and her response was amazing
Immediately she replied that she didn’t mind and said she had looked after blind dogs,sick dogs giving them medication etc. in the past.
Merryn did an amazing job looking after them and gave me lots of reports how they were doing
She said she would be happy to mind them anytime
I would recommend Merryn full heartitly.
This is the first time I have ever left my dogs with a total stranger
I will be asking Merryn to look after them in the future.

"Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! We were very pleased with Joyce’s service and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter."

"Greatly appreciate Kim looking after my little one for a couple of nights. She was so lovely to meet and Sahara was relaxed from the time she walked in. I would easily recommend Kim as a pet carer. "We left our fur baby with Salina and are very grateful for the way she took care of him. Milo is still a puppy and way too active, required a lot of activities to keep him busy, which Salina provided. "I had Gizem looked after our dog for 2 nights. Our dog has a special need as he is blind. He does get anxiety when he is around strangers. I’m so glad Gizem was constantly updating me with my dog’s welfare. She was so understanding and patient too. She’s so lovely and friendly. I’m so happy that my dog also warmed up to her too. "I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "Cui is an excellent dog sitter. We had our toy poodle stay with Cui for 8 nights and we could not recommend anyone more than Cui. She sent us daily SMS messages and photos of our dog. Cui also professionally groomed and washed our fur baby with a creative flair that made our pooch look grand. Cui also alerted us when our dog had a stomach upset, and amended his meals with vet guidance. Cui is very personable and friendly and an ideal pet sitter. I couldn't recommend Cui highly enough. "

"We had Danielle look after our gentle 13 year old kelpie cattle dog. She was just lovely with her. Taking her for walks, giving her lots of pats and sending us photos over the weekend. We felt very comfortable having Danielle take care of her. Would highly recommend Danielle to look after you pooch."

Arnie's anxiety requires a special kind of understanding and patience, and Zara demonstrated an extraordinary level of compassion and expertise in meeting his needs.
Throughout the duration of Zara's stay, Arnie was not only looked after with the utmost care and attention but also found a comforting companion in Lola, Zara's own female Cavoodle. Their bond brought immense joy to Arnie, and it was heartwarming to see Zara integrate Lola into Arnie's routine, providing him with the companionship he dearly missed.
In addition to her exceptional pet care, Zara ensured that our home was meticulously cared for, reflecting her respect and responsibility. From daily photo updates to flawlessly managing Arnie's eating schedule, Zara's professionalism and dedication were evident in every aspect of her service.
Zara's impact extended beyond Arnie's well-being; she also alleviated the anxieties of my daughter, Te Ata, who initially had reservations about entrusting Arnie's care to anyone outside our family. "Shermika was so approachable and quick to respond to my enquiry for someone to mind my dogs for my knee surgery hospitalisation for a week. I don't have a partner or anyone else that could take my furbabies and Shermika did a fantastic job in looking after Axel and Roxie. We did half a day day care, an overnighter and then the actual 9 night stay and they were very well looked after by Sher and also got to hang out with her beautiful Lulu and all the other doggies that were there for their stay, plus her rate was extremely reasonable compared to others I'd researched... oh and bonus she is a local, will definately be using Shermika's services again, thank you!"
