"Caroline is a very professional and conscientious dog sitter and I can strongly recommend her to look after your per for short as well as longer stays. Caroline takes the dog for daily walks and long plays in the park. She also gave us good tips regarding the best food to avoid allergies and general dog care. "We left our dogs with Tina while we were away on a two week holiday. We found that Tina is a very competent and experienced dog carer. She genuinely loves the dogs. Our two dogs, both staffy ridgeback x, were treated like royalty. They were walked every day and Tina kept us posted with daily updates. Thanks Tina, from Miffy and Dylan. We will definitely call on Tina again any time in the future that we need dog minding."

"Maree was a fantastic carer for my pup, Freddie. My experience was flawless from the very beginning, the pre-stay questionnaire was thorough and my instructions were followed to the dot. Correspondence was quick and continued throughout the stay, I received regular updates. I was delighted to pick up Freddie with his tail wagging and looking happy. "Thank you for the care you gave Ollie when I was away. Ollie was looked after by Bronwen for 9 nights. I received photos of him every alternate days on how he was doing. She is an exceptional caretaker & loving to Ollie. She took him for his walks. He was a happy boy when I returned & I could tell he was well taken care by Bronwen. She's highly recommended!"

"Victoria really is the five star pet sitter, this was the first time we had ever left our dogs (Buddy and Bella) and she made it so easy to go on holiday and not worry about our pets. She invited us to bring dogs to her house a couple of weeks before we left so they could meet the dogs and we could see where they would be staying. Dogs just loved her and Tony from the first meet and were super excited to go back, Victoria sent lots of pictures and to say the dogs looked happy is an understatement!! Dogs received lots of love and care, I would highly recommend Victoria and I will have no hesitation in booking Buddy and Bella again. Thank you both so much 🐶🐶"

"I can’t express enough how grateful we are to Alice for stepping in last minute to care for our puppy during an emergency. With our holiday just around the corner, we were losing hope of finding someone trustworthy, but Alice responded instantly and took him in the very next day.
Her communication was flawless—quick responses, clear updates, and lots of photos that showed how well our puppy was being cared for. It was clear she treated him as if he were her own, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worrying.

"Esther and her beautiful family looked after our two treasured Cavoodles for 5 days while we travelled interstate. I was nervous about leaving them, but my worries were quickly settled when I could see what wonderful care they were receiving. Esther and her family are very calm and relaxed and were happy to do what worked for our doggies. They received all the love and attention they needed throughout their stay, along with plenty of outside plays and walks. Esther provided regular updates about how they were going and plenty of great photos. Chester and Bonnie were very happy and relaxed when we brought them home. "Camila was the perfect dog sitter for my 10-month-old pup, she constantly kept me updated with photos and her place is the ideal environment especially since she has a lovely dog of her own that mine could play with all day.

"Carlynn looked after our dog over our holiday period and sent regular updates and images to help us to monitor his progress to provide the assurance that our dog was in great hands.
Carlynn even went as far as cleaning our dog bowls when we received our dog back which was much appreciated.

"Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"
