"Lennard is a gem! He was easy to communicate with and very considerate when we had a last minute change to the booking. You can tell the he really cares for our boy Atlas and that he also cares about our experience. We went for a vacation with no mobile network thus delayed our responses to some of his questions but he was very assuring and confident in handling the situation. Lennard updated us constantly with photos. The night we took our boy home, we can tell he misses Lennard and Momo as he kept wagging his tail when we mentioned their name. We really appreciate Lennard and we will not hesitate to book him again, despite the long drive from our place as we know Atlas will receive exceptional care! "

"Margarita was absolutely awesome looking after Bentley. Right from the start her communication was fast, all actions were prompt and Bentley loved staying with her. I can’t recommend Elle higher, she was absolutely lovely, easy to communicate with sending constant updates and photos. I felt so relaxed leaving billie with Elle knowing she would be looked after, walked and loved.
