"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
I really appreciate the warm and safe environment she provided. Highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for your pets — I’d definitely leave them with her again!"

"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"Tik and Moka were amazing sitters for Aila!. My 6 year old groodle went to stay with them for one night before we leave her with them for 3 weeks in October. From the moment I contacted her on Pawshake, she was very responsive, asked lots of great questions (which made me feel like they really take this job seriously and care for the pets they are looking after), and we met them for a meet and greet even before this booking!
My doggo is anxious so it's great to have a couple that only looks after one dog at a time.
A week before the overnight booking, I received a msg from her outlining what to bring and confirming dates / times. On the day of the booking I got another msg confirming they are looking forward to having her.
They were timely and communicated extremely well, their place is lovely and dog friendly and most of all, my anxious doggo ran straight in and was comfortable with them straight away! I received lots of communication from her, including photos, video and updates. I felt very relaxed knowing she was in great hands!
The pick up process was also very smooth. They took the time to talk to me about Aila's stay. Doggo continued to be very comfortable around them.
I would highly recommend Tik and Moka! I'm definitely looking forward to Aila staying with them in October, knowing she will be loved and looked after very well. Lovely couple - they will care for your pet like their own 💖"

"We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after our beautiful Myla while we were away for two weeks. From the moment we met Steven, we felt comfortable leaving her with him, and he went above and beyond in every way.
Steven sent us updates every single day, which meant so much to us while we were away. It was such a comfort seeing Myla happy, settled and enjoying herself. He didn’t just look after her — he genuinely included her in his life and treated her like she was part of his own family.
He took her on lots of extra activities and adventures, gave her so much attention and affection, and made sure she was never just “the dog he was looking after.” You could genuinely see how much love and care he had for her, and that meant everything to us.
Leaving your dog with someone for two weeks can be really difficult, but Steven made it so much easier for us because we knew Myla was happy, safe and loved. We came home to a very happy girl who had clearly had the best time!
We are so incredibly grateful to Steven for taking such wonderful care of our girl. He is truly a special person and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have him look after Myla again. We highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog with genuine love, kindness and care. ❤️🐾"

"Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."

"Radhika looked after my two cats whilst away for 4 weeks and I couldn't be more happy with her level of service. My fur babies were looked after perfectly, nothing was a problem, the cats were given access to the house and played with and Radhika also sent through regular photos of how they were getting along! "Les & Susan looked after our 6 year old Cavoodle, Teddy, whilst we were away for a weeks’ holiday.
They welcomed Teddy into their home and treated him as one of their own. Ted settled very well with their two dogs, who are also very friendly and sociable.
Their communication with photos showed us just how settled and at home Teddy had become. He obviously enjoyed being a part of the pack on walks and very much made himself at home - a clear indicator of just how comfortable he was being left in their care.
We would not hesitate in using Les & Susan again to look after Teddy. We were very happy & so was Ted."

"We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Labrador Retriever, Russo, in the care of Ed and Ping for three weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't have asked for better carers. From the moment we met them, it was clear that Russo was in loving and capable hands. Ed and Ping treated Russo as if he were their own, providing top-notch care and attention to every detail of his routine.
Russo has a particular schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs, ensuring that he was comfortable and happy at all times. We were especially touched by the daily photos they sent us, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Seeing Russo so well cared for truly made us feel at ease.
The love and affection Ed and Ping showed Russo was beyond what we could have hoped for. They took him on regular walks, played with him, and made him feel completely at home in their care. It's rare to find such genuinely good-hearted and caring individuals, and we feel blessed to have found them.
