"My pup and I had the most amazing experience with Hazel as our pet sitter! 😊 From the very first message, Hazel made me feel at ease. She was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—not just during the booking process, but also while my puppy was in her care. I never had to wonder how things were going because she kept me updated with regular check-ins and sent lots of adorable photos and videos.
One of the reasons we chose Hazel was because her own dog is the same breed as mine, so I knew she’d understand the little quirks—and I was right. Hazel really got my pup, and that trust meant everything.
When we arrived, my pup was nervous, but Hazel was calm and confident. Seeing her handle the situation so gently gave me instant peace of mind. After I left, I was told via text that my puppy settled in beautifully and was soon playing happily with the other dogs. Apparently, she made lots of friends and had her favourites too!
Her home was warm and inviting, and I felt that my puppy was at home away from home. Hazel’s place looked wonderful—spacious and well set up for dogs to rest and play. While I wasn’t there to see everything firsthand, naturally, Hazel’s thoughtful updates, messages, photos, and videos gave me such a strong sense of care and professionalism.
When my puppy came home, she was so tired she took herself straight to bed. A tired, engaged dog who was obviously mentally and physically stimulated while there is absolutely perfect.
Honestly, it felt like my dog was on her own little retreat while I was away. I came back to a relaxed, happy pup, and I’m so grateful for that. Thank you, Hazel—you truly have a gift with animals. 🙂"

"Teddy was looked after by Negin and we were extremely happy with the care provided throughout his stay.
Negin communicated proactively with us both before and during the booking, confirming all the important details and making sure she understood Teddy’s needs. While we were away, she kept in regular contact and sent photos and updates, which really reassured us that Teddy was settled and content. On our return, Teddy was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for.
We would not hesitate to book with Negin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for their pet."

"Booking my 2 dogs for 5 day/night full boarding was a daunting experience as I had never left the dogs with anyone outside our family. I used PawShaker to search and find someone close to my location - I discovered Mariana. I knew from the first meeting that I would make a booking - I prepared a list of the routine and food the dogs liked. I dropped the dogs off and I instantly saw how Mariana and the dogs connected & knew that the dogs were in good hands. Mariana sent regular photos of the walks, cuddles etc and kept me up to date on any changes etc to their routine. I can thoroughly recommend Mariana for anyone looking for a really kind person who loves dogs and is willing to provide a comfortable safe environment to accommodate your dogs. "Bonny and Anthony looked after our dog, BB, for a month while we were overseas and we could not be happier with their care.
Bonny has great, prompt communication and they provided us with regular photo and video updates.
BB was happy and settled in their care, and got on well with Mochi and Bagel, especially her new best friend, Mochi.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to look after your dog, and we will certainly have them look after BB again in the future.

"Fernando is an amazing doggy sitter. I was a bit skeptical at first as I never really left my puppy with strangers before but he treated her so well and like his own from the minute he picked Daisy up. I was getting endless pictures each day and could properly see how Daisy was loving her little time with her new best friend! They were playing, cuddling and going on big walks! I would definitely book him again and again as the connection he made with Daisy is a forever friendship! Very polite and replied very quick too so I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything!

"I had an excellent experience with Jessica. From the outset, she took the time to properly chat through Bluey’s stay, which gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos. She even took Bluey to the beach, which he absolutely loved. "Revanth and his wife provided an excellent care for our lab Charlie for 6 days. They obviously love dogs and made her very welcome, and looked well after Charlie, taking her on walks and to the dog park. We received daily videos and photos that showed great time Charlie had in their care. Special thanks to their dog Nani who became friends with Charlie the instance we got there. "
