"Larina was amazing. Easy and quick to communicate with, accommodated us at short notice, and she offered a meet and greet at the location my pet would stay, and even met her family and said hello. My pet felt very comfortable. She asked many questions to make sure my pet was comfortable and what their routine was like. During the stay, she updated with photos and messages throughout. "Summer and Kierryn are really great with our frenchie, Fredzel. We are really concerned as Fredzel can be very anxious in new environment but Summer gave Fredzel a lot of attention and took him out for a lot of activities. We can see Fredzel had a very pleasant staycation. Regular updates are provided and Summer has been on point with all Fredzel’s treatment. "I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. "Eleanor cared so beautifully for our delicate toy poodle over an extended break giving her so much more time and love than we could have possibly hoped for. We received photos and updates regularly despite it being a public holiday period . Eleanor also went a long way out of her way to make sure that our pick up and delivery was suitable , she went well above and beyond in organising the stay , preparing for and providing all that we requested for our dogs stay .
