"Samantha is amazing! As a first time user and having not left Goofy out of our care before I honestly had nothing to worry about. From the first contact, Samantha replied quickly to my request and organised a couple of meet and greet times in the week leading up to our departure. Her communication with me was always warm and accomodating and ensured both parties were comfortable. What made her service so great was that she was able to care for only Goofy during our entire vacation as he can be aggressive around other dogs. He loved the attention and affection from Samantha and her family. While we were away, I was updated with messages and a cute video of him playing with a toy. All in all I cannot fault Goofy's stay with Samantha and her family and would not hestitate to recommend her service. Thank you Samantha"

"Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dogs in her home. We didn’t leave many instructions, but she clearly knew exactly what to do and made them feel comfortable and cared for.
She sent me updates and photos during their stay, which was very reassuring. On the pick up day, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
I really appreciate the warm and safe environment she provided. Highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and kind to care for your pets — I’d definitely leave them with her again!"

"Steven was amazing!!!
We couldn’t be happier with the care Akira received during her stay! From the moment we dropped her off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such kind and capable hands. Akira now has a new friend - Teddy (Steven’s dog). He was equally amazing with our Akira, shared his toys, played with her, went on walks together.
We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made being away from her so much easier. It was clear that Akira was treated like part of the family, getting plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. She came home happy and relaxed.

"Olga and Ro were the BEST pet sitters I've experienced! Olga kept me updated with lots of photos that reassured me that my dogs were definately having their best times, and I was able to enjoy my holidays 100%. They looked after my dogs as if they were their own🥹 it even made me a bit jealous! Any concerns raised were immediately addressed and reassured too. "Being a Pawshake sitter myself, I thought it would be hard to find someone to look after my little dog as well as me. But I can honestly say that from the moment I met Kaye, I felt reassured that my baby would be in loving and safe hands.
We did a trial day before the 2 week stay which introduced my dog to Kaye & her dog (and vice versa), which went well and Kaye's dog was incredibly welcoming and patient with her furry newcomer,
Kaye was easy to talk with and obviously had a lot of experience with having different dogs in her clean and organised home. I knew then that I didn't need to look at any other sitters.
During the main booking, I got daily updates with photos & videos where my little girl looked so content & happy that I was worried she wouldn't want to go home! I'm sure she absolutely loved her time with Kaye and got very attached to Poppy as they often slept side by side. My dog was well and happy when we returned (and thankfully did want to go home with us).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kaye again or recommend her. She's a lovely girl with a heart in the right place and totally trustworthy to look after your dog as you request."

"Emily was a FANTASTIC dog sitter. She looked after our girl Luna with such great care, taking her on walks and making sure she felt at home. Emily kept in contact with us everyday, sending us photos and updates of how Luna was doing. Her dog Tums was also a great host, taking Luna under his wing and sharing his place with her. "We can’t thank Courtney enough for the incredible care she gave our fur babies! This was our first time being apart from them, and naturally, we were quite anxious. But from the very beginning, Courtney’s reassurance, thoughtful updates and warm communication quickly put us at ease.

"Her house is very dog friendly with lots of space for the dog to feel comfortable. She provided great care for my dog as if he were her own, she took the dog for walks and park play every day, she attended to all my needs including heating up food for the dog's company and cleaning the dog's lunch boxes. She kept my dog up to date by sending me photos and videos when during every feeding, playtime. She also took extra time to take lots of professional photos of my dog when he was happy. My dog had a great 3 days at her house, highly recommend and will book her care again."
