"Joel and Emma looked after my dog Bonnie while I was in Japan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
From the start, they were warm, organised and genuinely caring. Bonnie settled in so well with them, which says everything—she’s not shy about letting you know if she’s unhappy. I got regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier.
They treated her like part of their family, not just a job. I came home to a very happy, relaxed dog (and maybe one who didn’t miss me quite as much as I hoped 😅).
I’d absolutely trust Joel and Emma again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing someone reliable, kind and attentive to look after their pet."

"From the moment we met Alejandra, we felt completely confident that Max (our miniature Cavoodle), was in safe, loving hands. He was genuinely cared for, had an amazing time, and enjoyed a variety of enriching experiences while we were away. "Jason and Stephanie took amazing care of our dogs, despite dogs testing their boundaries. It's the first time boarding for 1 of our rescue dogs and they very patiently worked through the best routine for him and his grumpy brother, while continuing to give us updates on their progress. "They were very good to take care of our pet, it was first time our pet was staying with other dogs and first 2 days did not go very well. "Mat looked after my dog for 6 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did an initial meet and greet at his house beforehand, which made drop-off super easy. When I brought my dog back for the stay, he immediately recognized Mat and went straight into the house with excitement — which says everything about how comfortable he felt there.
Mat was fantastic with communication. He sent daily updates about how the day was going along with lots of photos and videos, which was really reassuring and nice to see while I was away. He’s also very responsive whenever I messaged.
His house is clean and he has a huge, spacious backyard for dogs to enjoy. The court location also makes it feel more secluded and ideal for dog sitting.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mat. He’ll definitely be my new default dog sitter going forward."

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. "Jen does an amazing job looking after our puppies - particularly one of our dogs who requires medication management and a special diet. Nothing is too much trouble and I know the puppies are being well looked after. We get regular updates and know all care is being taken to keep them happy.
