"Lee Chin is the best dog sitter we ever had. She took care of my dad's golden retriever for 6 nights while my dad was away.
She took care of our goldie thoroughly, attend to every details and make sure he gets pampered through the stay. Keep him cool and indoor while the weather was warm, all food and treat get feed properly, lots of playtime and companion. Most importantly, constant communication and photos through out the stay.
A great dog carer, and we are so glad to have Lee Chin to take care of our goldie. Highly recommended."

"Esther and her beautiful family looked after our 2 fur babies over Easter and we couldn’t be more grateful . With regular updates ( photos and messages) I really felt at ease that our pups are well taken care of. The kids are so attentive and the dogs had plenty of attention in form of play, walks and cuddles.
We even got a beautiful little card with acrostic poems about our pups and bunch of printed photos from their stay! What a gorgeous touch!
Esther is very welcoming and easy to chat with as well as very responsive in her communication.
THANK YOU so much Ester and family! We would definitely love you to look after our doggos in the future ❤️"

"Victoria really is the five star pet sitter, this was the first time we had ever left our dogs (Buddy and Bella) and she made it so easy to go on holiday and not worry about our pets. She invited us to bring dogs to her house a couple of weeks before we left so they could meet the dogs and we could see where they would be staying. Dogs just loved her and Tony from the first meet and were super excited to go back, Victoria sent lots of pictures and to say the dogs looked happy is an understatement!! Dogs received lots of love and care, I would highly recommend Victoria and I will have no hesitation in booking Buddy and Bella again. Thank you both so much 🐶🐶"

"Carlynn looked after our dog over our holiday period and sent regular updates and images to help us to monitor his progress to provide the assurance that our dog was in great hands.
Carlynn even went as far as cleaning our dog bowls when we received our dog back which was much appreciated.

"Camila was the perfect dog sitter for my 10-month-old pup, she constantly kept me updated with photos and her place is the ideal environment especially since she has a lovely dog of her own that mine could play with all day.
My puppy was sulking for 2 days after I picked him up because he missed Camila' so much!

"Rina is the loveliest person! She is warm and approachable, and my (occasionally people-selective) dog instantly warmed to her. She sent me lots of photos throughout the dog sitting and kept me up-to-date with what was going on and how Frankie was. Her house is perfectly set up for dogs and she herself is full of energy and love - we picked him up happy and exhausted! Absolutely would recommend to anyone with a beloved fur baby who wants to know they will be loved and looked after. "

"Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"

"Antonella and her husband are beautiful people who really are kind and caring with the dogs.
Antonella even took Rocky out for a walk before I picked him up in the morning after my night duty.
I was really happy with their care and Rocky appeared to be quite settled after a while.
