"I cannot thank Gareth enough for his care, especially as our dogs are active and not often away from home. We had a worry free break and the dogs clearly loved being with him and the many adventures he took them on. Gareth responds promptly and willingly picked up and dropped off the girls. "Lennard is a gem! He was easy to communicate with and very considerate when we had a last minute change to the booking. You can tell the he really cares for our boy Atlas and that he also cares about our experience. We went for a vacation with no mobile network thus delayed our responses to some of his questions but he was very assuring and confident in handling the situation. Lennard updated us constantly with photos. The night we took our boy home, we can tell he misses Lennard and Momo as he kept wagging his tail when we mentioned their name. We really appreciate Lennard and we will not hesitate to book him again, despite the long drive from our place as we know Atlas will receive exceptional care! "
