"Joy has taken care of my pup and cat for the past 3 years. She’s taken the best care of them and she treats your pets like her own. She updates you with many pictures daily and my dog always comes home so happy and injury free. I have a very high energy dog and she ensures he gets enough play time everyday. She’s amazing at introducing dogs and she does it in a friendly and non-threatening way. She’s the best petsitter I have ever been to and every time I sent my pets there, I know they are going to be in optimal care in the best hands. "

"It was very clear Brad understands and cares a lot about our Pets. He was prompt and efficient in communications, has a good space for the dogs at home and a great dog park and ovals nearby for the dogs to run themselves ragged. Our young border collie had his work cut out matching his pup Joe's enthusiasm, and both dogs were hard to separate at the end of the week. Very happy to recommend Brad."

"First time using this service and thanks to Belinda couldn’t have been happier.
Belinda cared for our senior dog as if she was her own and her dog Alfie was very content to share his home. Excellent communication and updates whilst we were away. It was very obvious that Belinda is very passionate about animals and providing the best possible service.

"Marguerite is a really caring and easy going dog sitter. Our cocker spaniel immediately seemed to be at home with Marguerite and we felt reassured seeing how Marguerite is so genuine in her love of dogs and welcomes dogs into her home like they are a member of her family. Marguerite was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our dog. She was very responsive when making arrangements so it was a very easy and stress free process, and she also provided lovely photos and videos of our dog each day. When we picked up our dog we could tell was very happy in Marguerite's care and had had a wonderful time. We would not hesitate to ask Marguerite to dog sit again in future. Clare and her family very lovingly and carefully looked after our dog while we were away for 2 weeks. As this was our first time using Pawshake or any pet sitting/boarding services, we were a bit worried at first. After meeting Clare and her family, we were gently reassured that they would try their best to look after our dog while we were away and would love the opportunity to do so. As discussed during our meet up and when we dropped off our dog: Clare sent us a daily update and some photos, fed our dog twice a day, gave him his medication, took him for a walk, kept him well-groomed/clean, mentally and physically stimulated, checked him regularly for any medical emergencies like skin flare ups, hotposts, ticks etc. and provided a clean and neat area for his stay.
We could not have asked for a better pet sitter to look after our dog while we were away! Thank you very much to Clare and her family for the outstanding level of care and love provided to our dog, professionalism in communications/sending detailed updates and reassurance :)
She went above and beyond and we (and our dog) would be very happy to use her excellent pet sitting/boarding services again!"
