"WOW Haven is awesome!!! Usually when I drop Raiden off to a new carer I have a little knot in the stomach because raiden is not always warmly welcoming at first (or second) encounter and I’ve been trying to build his confidence since I’ve rescued him. Haven was one of the first carer who actually squatted down to him and let him sniff her hand. BOOM love at first sight for raiden and I!! Raiden trusts her and for me that is a BIG BIG sign of great communication, clear boundaries, (imposed) rest time and lots of fun&cuddles! She even gave me a little Raiden first day report! I am just so happy and grateful to have found Haven!! 100% becoming a regular ahaha thank you Haven ❤️"

"Sid and Ritika looked after Dash for three days while we were in Sydney, and they were great. They were incredibly flexible and easy to communicate with, which made everything so straightforward.
Dash was very well cared for, had plenty of attention, and it was obvious he was happy and comfortable with them. We really appreciated the regular updates and the care they showed throughout his stay.

"From first contact to drop off Jessica was very easy to work with; friendly, responsive and clear communication. Her two dogs got on very well with my little girl. There were regular photo and video updates and I could see she was taken out by herself and also with Jessica's boys. Cherry on top was that Mame was happy after and slept very well! "Honestly, words cannot describe how happy I am with my experience with Sarah. Having a puppy is hard because they need to be looked after 24/7, and we were really stressed trying to find someone last minute. Sarah replied so quickly and was more than happy to help us out, which honestly meant so much.
We were very nervous leaving our puppy with anyone, but Sarah completely put our minds at ease. The amount of photos and updates we received while she was looking after him was amazing , you could tell he was having the best time. He came back fed, happy, and full of energy.
