"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

"Michael looked after our very timid cat for 2 weeks. I was very worried about leaving our cat but the communication from Michael was excellent. We had twice daily updates with pictures that made me feel so much better.
He had arranged the food to show what our cat would be getting and advised on litter and water changes. He is a wonderful sitter and I would happily use him again anytime we are away. "

"I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats.
