"It was our first time using Pawshake, and obviously we felt a little nervous about leaving our timid little rescue cat in the hands of someone we didn't know. We need not have worried. Sarah and Josh were both absolutely lovely people. They were reliable, respectful of our home and so kind to our cat Bella. The communication was first rate including daily pictures, and we were overjoyed to see Bella slowly warming up to her carers and building trust over the course of the week. I wouldn't hesitate to book Sarah and Josh again and strongly recommend them. We were so happy we were able to leave Bella in her own "territory", rather than pack her off to a little cage at a cat hotel and know that she was being cared for so kindly. "

"Ambika minded my cat for a week, 2 visits per day to feed her, freshen her water, clean the litter box and to generally keep her company. My cat is extremely shy (usually hides under the bed any time guests are over) so I didn't expect her to warm up to Ambika as quickly as she did. On the second day Ambika managed to lure her out of her shell and we got regular photos and videos of her allowing Ambika to play or pat her. I was really pleased with Ambika's excellent communication and care and it really reassured me that my cat was comfortable and happy while my partner and I were overseas.
