"Sandy & Balint were absolutely wonderful, and we were extremely happy with their service.
From the very beginning, their communication was clear and consistent. They took the time to carefully understand all of our instructions, and even sent them back to us to confirm everything was correct, which gave us a lot of confidence before we left.
During the booking, they showed up reliably every day and kept us updated with photos of our pets, which we really appreciated. It made it so much easier to relax knowing everything was being taken care of so well.
They were thoughtful, organised, and clearly genuinely care about the animals they look after. Our pets were happy and well looked after when we returned, and our home was just as we left it.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book Sandy & Balint again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive pet sitters."

"Robyn is absolutely amazing! Im so glad we found her! I’m like a neurotic parent when it comes to my two old fur baby pets (cat Chloe and dog Zac). I’ve always been extremely picky about who I will leave them with, and only trust the best of the best to take care of them. Robyn exceeded my expectations! Truly the best!
Robyn recently took care of Zac and Chloe for 10 days and went above and beyond. She not only loved our pets like her own (Zac and Chloe were very happy with all the pats, brushing, treats, walks and love they received), she was absolutely reliable and trustworthy (giving Zac his meds like clockwork every day, constantly keeping us updated on how the pets were doing) and has a great sense of humour (which is definitely needed when dealing with two very needy geriatric pets).
Robyn also went above anything we expected in so many ways, including daily photo updates of our babies - which made us feel so at ease and allowed us to enjoy our holiday, knowing they were in great hands. We came home to two very happy and healthy pets and could not be happier.
I cannot sing Robyn’s praises enough. She truly is wonderful and I have no hesitation highly recommending her.

"Kara looked after our two cats just wonderfully over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Everything was perfect with the cats and our house. She sent us update messages and photos every day letting us know how the cats were going. We will definitely hire her again in the future. We highly recommend her to look after your pets "

"Lauren was wonderful! She made sure my elderly cat had lots of attention and food, was very patient with her and spent time chatting with and petting Bella. She sent me a photo of Bella each morning and left a summary note for me the day I arrived back. "Jess is only new to Pawshake however she came recommended from another person which I found really valuable. I have only recently moved to Brisbane and I honestly didn't know where to start but due to a family member passing away I needed to find someone at very short notice, My Bichon Frise is a very spoilt 11 year old family member who is in a set routine and Jess was very accomodating with all of my requests.
I could not be happier with her service. She promptly came for a 'meet and greet' and my fur baby adored her ( & she is a good judge of Character) so I was able to go away and not worry about anything.The photo text messages Jess sent me whenever she visited comforted me no end.
I have found Lily's new fur baby sitter. Yay!"
