Before finding Jess, I had never used a pet sitter. I had only ever had my mum or sister care for my two senior cats, so leaving my littles with someone I didn’t know was honestly quite daunting.
From the moment I met Jess, it was clear how deeply she loves animals and how genuinely passionate she is about helping others and her community. She has such a beautiful heart, and it was obvious that caring for animals comes from a place of genuine love, not simply a job.
I was away for roughly two months, and right before I left, my oldest boy, Leon, was diagnosed with early heart disease and needed medication three times a day. Leaving him in someone else’s care at such a vulnerable time was incredibly difficult, but Jess made everything feel seamless. She kept me constantly updated with photos and videos, took such amazing care of them, and gave me complete peace of mind.
I had given her an embarrassingly extensive list of their little quirks and routines (including their very particular preferences for where their little water cups needed to be 😂), and she took the time to make sure every detail was taken care of. She didn’t simply feed them and check in; she spent time with them, gave them so much affection, and genuinely loved them as though they were her own.
Watching how wonderful Jess was with my littles genuinely made me want to be a better companion to them myself. To anyone who feels nervous about leaving their little ones with someone they don’t know, I completely understand because I was that person. I can say with complete sincerity that Jess is someone you can trust wholeheartedly.
There are very few people who genuinely want to help others and their community, and Jess is absolutely one of them. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her.
Jess will always be “Aunty Jess” to both of my littles, and I’ll forever be grateful they had her while I was away. 🐈🐈⬛🤍"

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

I went on a 4-day holiday and left my two puppies and fish in the care of a lovely pet sitter — and I’m so happy with her service!
She visited twice a day, morning and evening. She fed my puppies and fish, cleaned all the sleeping areas, watered my plants, and played with my puppies. Everything was kept very clean and hygienic.
