"Clare looked after our 13‑year‑old Weimaraner, Henry, for two weeks while we were overseas and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
She was professional, reliable, and kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Clare not only fed and walked Henry, but also administered his medication and took wonderful care of him as a senior dog.
She was always very responsive to messages (even when I forgot about the time difference, whoops!), and her vet nurse background was incredibly reassuring.
We came home to a very happy and well‑looked‑after dog. I cannot recommend Clare highly enough, especially for anyone with an older dog or one who needs a bit of extra care.

"Samira is the best cat caregiver! She went above and beyond to provide excellent care for our cat while we were away. She visited twice a day, ensuring our cat's needs were met, and also kept us informed of any issues that required our attention, whether at home or outside. Additionally, she shared videos with us, so we could be sure our cat was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her and will be contacting her for any future needs."

"Stacy has been amazing and i can see my cats have been very comfortable with her. I have had nothing to worry about, my furbabies have been fed, their litter changed and i have recieved lots of photos which has made it a bit easier being away from them. "I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! "Xiao was an excellent cat sitter & would book her again in a heartbeat! This was our first time leaving our 2 kittens and we were nervous but were shortly reassured that there was no need for nerves! Xiao came for a pre-meet to get to know the cats and their routines. She sent so many photos and videos from each visit and the cats really enjoyed her company. She went above and beyond to find out their favourite toys and played with them. We came home to 2 well cared for kitties :) "

"We had an amazing experience with our cat sitters, Leidy and Jorge. From the very beginning they were both respectful and easy to communicate with.
When they first visited our home, they took the time to listen carefully as I explained everything and showed them around, each taking turns to understand how to look after our cat, Mylie. They were gentle, patient, and spent time connecting with her, which gave us great peace of mind.
While we were away, Leidy kept us updated, and it was clear that Mylie was well cared for. When we returned, our home was tidy and clean—just as we left it—and our cat was relaxed and happy.
