"What a Gem! Ivy is the first cat sitter I have ever used and I could not have asked for a better experience - for me and my cats. Ivy was punctual, courteous and she is an excellent communicator. She took excellent care of Freddie & Hugo and is clearly a cat lover. She sent regular updates and photos which were greatly reassuring. The upshot if all this excellent care: I had the distinct impression that I hadn't even been missed, lol. I would certainly engage Ivy again and unreservedly recommend her services."

"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Olivia was so incredible I couldn't recommend her enough! It was our first time leaving our cat alone and we were quite worried but we came home to our cat being so calm, content and purring. Olivia was very prompt with responses, sent us update photos and took perfect care of our cat while we were away. I wrote an extensive list of things to make sure was completed correctly and every single one of them was done perfectly! My cat also warmed up to Olivia really quickly and you can tell that she is really good around animals, that they are naturally drawn towards her. I would definitely trust Olivia with my cat again. She is so caring and professional and will make sure that all your pets requirements are met perfectly so that you're back to a happy and satisfied pet! She also ensured that our doors and gates were all locked properly so we could rest assured that our house was safe. Olivia really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her!"

"Kierra was an amazing pet sitter. She cared for all of our animals wonderfully for 2 whole weeks. Her communication and photos were great. She was so flexible and accommodating when we extended our trip and continued to care for our animals for 4 days longer than we planned. Then when we arrived home she had cleaned and tidied and left the house as if we had not even left. I look forward to leaving our animals in her wonderful care again! "

"Ayomi went above and beyond to take great care of our furbabies while we were away. She was so kind and loving with them and treated them like they were her own cats.
Ayomi kept consistent communication with us during the whole booking and sent through updates every time she visited along with lots of videos and photos of our cats live in action so we could rest assured that they were doing great and still in their element.
We returned to very happy, well fed and calm cats and the house was also really neat and clean. One of our cats is quite selective with the people she likes but she loved Ayomi since the first day and it was clear that both our cats were very comfortable with her and really enjoyed her company.
Ayomi is a very reliable, kind and caring pet sitter and I would highly recommend trusting her with your pets. "

"My husband and I had Ruby take care of our fluffy rescue cat, Snuggles, 2 x a day over a 10 day period approximately. We have been extremely appreciative of her care for Snuggles over this time. She would always update us, send photos, and contact us when she had any questions or concerns such as when Snuggles vomited one time and on an extra hot day appeared overheated. At this time she took particular care to meet Snuggle's needs and we arrived home to a well-groomed, peaceful and happy cat:) My husband and I highly recommend Ruby to take care of any of your animals such as cats, dogs or any other sort!
