"Irene was amazing. Honestly, this was the first time in 16 years that I’ve been away from my best buddy Winston and felt totally at peace and relaxed. It was immediately clear in all of Irene’s updates just how happy, relaxed, and connected Winston was — and he’s very shy and reserved with new people. As an older cat, Winston also has quite a few special needs and habits, and Irene went above and beyond in every area. I came home to a happy old boy, who seemed far less needy and stressed when I returned. He was so chilled and relaxed - it was like I never left! I’m so happy and endlessly grateful for Irene! I will definitely be asking Irene for her help again. "
