"Geraldine is awesome. She goes way beyond what I was expecting.
My cat got a bit sick while we were away. Geraldine was very patient and caring dealing with all the unexpected. She even helped me to clean the areas where there was accident.
I came back with a happy and healthy cat.
Geraldine is someone who really cares about cat. She is a good communicator and is willing to communicate outside her visiting hours. She even took the time and effort to look up how the new cat feeder worked which I just bought before my trip but haven’t tested myself yet.
I really appreciate Geraldine for looking after my cat and will reach out to her again for sure!"

"Courtney is the absolute Rolls-Royce of pet sitters, without question. I’ve tried a few when Courtney hasn’t been available at short notice and the service, love, attention and and care provided is honestly night and day. Not to take away from other sitters at all, as they did everything they said they would which was my expectation, but Courtney has always gone far above and beyond and her comms and consistency are always 11/10 and so, so far above expectations. I won’t give spoilers or expectations but Courtney has other amazing talents that existing customers will know, and new may be so happy to discover.
Courtney has truly bonded so well with my skittish cat over the years and built trust and it didn’t take years at all - after their first meeting (gratuitously provided by Courtney, again showing her genuine care for my little bears security and mutual comfort under her watch) I knew very well the bear was at ease and very comfortable in her care. I’ve been re-booking Courtney for about 3 years now and if Courtney’s unavailable I actually reconsider my plans where possible because she knows my bear inside out - which has all been Courtney’s doing and proactivity while I’ve been away on several occasions, which just instills my confidence and trust in her more and more each time.
Courtney is extremely thorough, thoughtful, insightful, patient, caring, and always keeps you in the loop. Even when we’re only away for two days - Courtney has the ability to make us feel like we’re still at home, with our little bear, and when we come home he reacts like we were never gone. Is that because he’s a cat and doesn’t care? Possibly. Does he adore Courtney? Yes. "

"Iris is a lovely cat sitter, despite my two very nervous cats spending most of their time under the bed when strangers are around, Iris took the time to get down on the ground to take photos of them each day and attempted to tempt them out with some toys.
I felt very reassured that they were both OK and returned home to two very relaxed cats.

"Chris has become our go-to cat sitter. She is a reliable and effective communicator and takes wonderful care of our two cats. They are both rescues and thus can be fragile while we are away. They warm to Chris very quickly and when we return it’s clear they have been well cared for. Chris is always careful to lock up the house and will water the garden or put out the bins if required. "Amy is simply the best. She manage to get to know my super duper shy cat Floof. She patiently trying every day until she manage to give treats to Floof.
