"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.
Jessie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter, and we will definitely be utilising her services again for future trips. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough!"

"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"This was our first time using Percy as our cat sitter, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provided.
Percy kept us updated with photos and videos while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. Unfortunately, our cat is very territorial, unsociable, and wasn't very welcoming—she kept trying to attack Percy! We felt terrible, but Percy was incredibly patient, understanding, and never gave up on making sure our cat was cared for.
Despite the challenging circumstances, Percy remained professional, kind, and dedicated. We truly appreciated her patience and the love she showed our difficult little fur baby.

"Iris was lovely to work with. She was extremely attentive when shown care instructions and took the effort to clarify to ensure we were on the same page. Camy our cat took to her immediately and they had lots of fun playing together. She ensured consistent communication while we were away and sent lots of photos. She also cleaned the pet dishes and made sure it was tidy before leaving.

"I couldn’t be more pleased with Jess as my cat sitter! She took such great care of my fur baby while I was away. Every day, she made sure to brush my cat, give her asthma puffs, and administer her medication on time. I also appreciated that she ensured the auto-feeder was working smoothly and kept my cat’s water fresh. On top of that, she watered my plants (they didn’t die!) and made sure the kitty litter was always clean. It was such a relief knowing my cat and home were in such capable hands. "Janita was the perfect sitter for my 14 year old 'Nudge', the blue point ragdoll! He is an inside cat with an automatic feeder, but I can tell she loved checking on him and he was most content when I got back. She was responsive with messages, on time to meet and an experienced person with animals. She sent me updates and photos while I was away - which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book or recommend her again!"

"Marco did a great job - he was able to visit my cats at the very last minute, after my usual sitter had to cancel. I got daily photos that showed that my two boys (cats) were being well looked after and were happy, and he kept me up to date on any issues. He also tidied up after them (a vomit incident!), which was above and beyond what I expected. Very conscientious and reliable, would not hesitate to recommend."
