"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"I must say that Michael has lived up to all the fantastic reviews I read before making a booking.
Here's another one.
Michael is an excellent pet sitter. He is a very caring person & easy to talk to. He managed to give Madison her medication & puffer twice a day, which would normally be no easy feat for someone she doesn't know. My other girl, Cleopatra (who hides when there are strangers in our home) eventually came out of hiding & allowed Michael to pat her & was even rubbing up against him. WOW!!!
My grown children rarely see Cleo when they visit, so that's saying something.
He sent me updates & photos every day, which I wasn't expecting. I can't recommend Michael enough & would be happy to give him a glowing reference to anyone who asks.

"Kathryn look after my 5 cats for 8 days, this is the first time I have left them for that long, all my cats have different personalities, plus my cat Cino is very anxious. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. Her regular updates via WhatsApp on how the kitties were doing gave me great peace of mind when I was overseas. I am very grateful to have Olga care for my cats. "Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats. Pat sent me messages everyday I was away, usually with photos, which I really appreciated because then I knew my cats were fine. "Absolutely recommended.
Mayu recently looked after two of my wife and I's cats whilst we were overseas for over a week. This was made more complicated due to the fact that the cats were not yet friendly with each other (so they need to be kept separate), whilst still having their own time to roam around the house. More-so, one cat is on medication, whilst the other is very shy and sensitive.
Mayu was proactive from the beginning about learning about the cats, their routines, their needs, and our needs as owners. She stopped in for a visit prior to the booking in order to meet the cats, review all of the details, and clarify any remaining questions.
Whilst we were away, she provided daily updates on the health and mood of the cats, as well as fantastic photos of them (one of which is now my lock screen photo). She kept the litter boxes clean, fed the cats on a consistent schedule, refilled the water, provided medication, played with the cats, groomed them when possible, and made sure to tidy up after herself. Basically everything you'd want and expect in a cat sitter.
Incredibly, the shy cat came out of her shell, and Mayu was able to give her chin scratches for the final few days. This was a brilliant update to see, as this cat usually takes much longer to feel comfortable with new people, and proves the ability for Mayu to earn trust from cats.
We came back to both of our cats being in good health and happy to see us.
We'll definitely be booking Mayu in the future."

"I would whole heartedly recommend Paloma as a pet sitter. She was very caring, very professional and our dogs just loved her. We have two medium sized dogs, one quite old and the other quite young and a real handful which she looked after in our home for 12 days. We received several photos daily and we could see how well the dogs looked and also how much they loved her, she was sensational. If you need a sitter chose Paloma, you won't be sorry."

"Michael was so so great!! Bruno absolutely adored him on their first meeting and continued to be excited for his bi-daily visits. Michael updated us at every feed, sent pictures and updates, and cleaned up Bruno's poos so he would have a clean bathroom area every day.
