Hello! My name is Lorraine, and I'm a passionate animal lover, a full-time dog groomer, and an experienced cat owner.

Over the years, I have cared for seven cats of my own, including my current cats. Living with and caring for multiple cats has given me a deep understanding of their unique personalities, behaviours, routines, and emotional needs. I know that every cat is different, and I always take the time to earn their trust and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

As a full-time dog groomer, I work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments every day. This hands-on experience has strengthened my understanding of canine behaviour and taught me how to approach each dog with patience, confidence, and care. Whether your pet is playful, shy, energetic, or nervous, I tailor my approach to suit their individual personality and needs.

I also have nearly two years of pet sitting experience, caring for both cats and dogs in their own homes. I understand the importance of maintaining their daily routines and creating a calm, familiar environment while their owners are away. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for.

For me, pet sitting is more than simply completing a visit or taking a dog for a walk—it's about building trust. I hope to develop long-term relationships with both pets and their owners, becoming someone you can confidently rely on whenever you need support. I believe pets thrive with familiar faces and consistent care, and I would love to become your trusted pet care partner for years to come.

Availability
I am available every morning and afternoon, Monday through Sunday.

Services Offered

• Dog Walking: 30-minute walks around your neighbourhood or at a location of your choice.
• Home Visits (1–2 visits per day, 30 minutes each visit):
• Feeding and refreshing water
• Brushing and basic grooming
• Playtime, companionship, and enrichment
• Cleaning food bowls, water dispensers, litter trays as needed
• Give medication if needed
• Monitoring your pet's wellbeing and daily routine

For your peace of mind, I welcome video monitoring while I am in your home. With your permission, I can also provide regular photo and video updates, so you can stay connected with your furry family member while you're away. And I am fluent in both English and Mandarin.
