I am a reliable and caring pet sitter with practical, hands-on experience looking after dogs and cats in a home environment. I have cared for small to medium dogs, puppies, senior dogs, and indoor cats, including pets with different temperaments such as energetic dogs, shy or anxious pets, and pets who need extra reassurance in new surroundings. My experience includes daily feeding routines, leash walks, toilet training support, administering basic oral medications as instructed, brushing, playtime, and providing calm companionship. I have managed common challenges such as separation anxiety, settling pets into a new home, adjusting exercise for senior pets, and maintaining consistent routines to reduce stress. I closely follow owner instructions and update care routines as needed based on each pet’s behaviour and comfort. A typical day includes morning feeding, walks or indoor play depending on the pet’s needs, regular toilet breaks, supervised rest time, and an evening routine that mirrors what the pet is used to at home. Pets are supervised throughout the day and are never left unattended for long periods. My home is clean, quiet, and pet-friendly, with secure indoor spaces and clear boundaries to ensure safety. I only accept vaccinated pets. In case of illness or emergency, I act promptly, monitor symptoms closely, follow the owner’s emergency instructions, and seek veterinary care if required. I remain calm, attentive, and focused on the pet’s wellbeing at all times. I treat every pet as an individual and aim to provide a safe, calm, and loving stay so owners can feel confident their pet is in responsible hands.
