As long as I can remember, dogs have been in my life. Growing up, our family pet was a Cavalier King Charles named Bella, and she was as much a part of the family as anyone. When I finally had the opportunity to bring a dog into my own home, myself and my husband chose a German Shepherd named Albus. Needless to say, the energy of a shepherd versus a King Charles is night and day. Thinking we might be in over our heads, I put all my efforts into raising Albus - understanding his unique personality and set of needs, and learning to listen to how he communicates with me. In doing so, I have formed an even greater appreciation for dogs and dog psychology. In caring for your dog, I will bring the same calm energy, understanding and respect that I do for my own. I will cater walks to your dog's specific needs, and am happy to negotiate at home check ins so that your dog can be as fulfilled as possible.
