Animals have always been a big part of my life, and pet sitting is something I genuinely enjoy. I have done heaps of pet and house sitting, particularly in the past year. To me, pet sitting means caring for pets in their own home and ensuring that they feel safe, relaxed, and are looked after while their owners are away. I follow care instructions and routines closely, and I make sure to respect the home as if it were my own. My approach to house sitting includes keeping the home secure, maintaining cleanliness, and regularly updating owners so they can feel at ease while away.

I have plenty of experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. I have done group walks, off lead on the beach with up to 10 dogs, where safety, trust, and positive socialisation is prioritised. I am also experienced in solo, on lead walks for dogs who prefer calm and more attention.

I have also worked in a doggy daycare from February-November 2025, where I would look after up to 20 dogs at a time. This role taught me a lot about different dog personalities and how to recognise early signs of stress. The skills I learnt through working at the doggy daycare enabled me to give each dog adequate care and attention while working in a busy environment.

I am trained in basic pet first aid and remain calm in emergencies, as I have experience with a wide range of dogs. I know how to respond quickly and responsibly ensuring pet safety in their own home. I adore animals and truly want the best for them. By being reliable, attentive, and respectful, animals will always feel safe and comfortable with me in their own homes.
