About Me & My Love for Animals Hi there! I’m a 22-year-old student with a deep passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. Having grown up around cats and dogs my entire life, caring for pets isn't just something I do—it’s a natural part of who I am. Along with dogs and cats, I’ve looked after smaller pets like fish and stick insects, and I also have cat fostering experience. Animals tend to warm up to me right away, and I treat every pet in my care with the same love and attention I give my own family! I have a lot of experience regarding treating pets differently based on their temperament. Every pet is unique and special, some animals take more time to adjust than others. It's always a priority to match my approach to their temperament in order to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Services, Walks & Visit Durations Dog Walking: Walks typically run for 30 minutes, but I am happy to go longer depending on your dog’s energy level and routine. I usually walk dogs around local parks, quiet residential streets, and nearby walking trails where they can safely explore. Home Visits & Pet Sitting: Visits are a minimum of 30 minutes, and I can stay longer upon request. Every visit includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, litter box/yard cleanup, and affection. Time Left Alone: When pet sitting or conducting home visits, pets are left alone for no more than 2 to 4 hours at a time (to accommodate my study schedule), ensuring they always get frequent check-ins, meals, and care. Safety & Emergency Handling Your pet’s safety and well-being are my highest priorities. Before any booking, I make sure to collect your vet’s contact details, preferred emergency contact numbers, and any medical history. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will immediately contact you, follow your pre-arranged instructions, and transport your pet directly to your specified vet clinic or the nearest 24/7 emergency vet hospital without delay. As for my mode of transportation I will order an emergency Uber (if I'm on a walk with your dog for instance) or Drive depending on what is the fastest way to get to the vet. Availability & Communication As a part-time student, I offer flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends. You will receive clear, regular updates with plenty of photos after every walk or visit so you always have complete peace of mind while you are away!
