Hi, I'm Rachel, a recent local to Woodend and a passionate animal lover offering pet sitting and dog walking across the Macedon ranges. I've been providing pet care through PawShake since 2020 and love connecting with pets and their owners in the community.

I'm especially experienced with cats, having owned them all my life, and I'm the proud rescue mum of Harry. I also enjoy dog walking and am happy to discuss caring for other small pets.

I understand how important peace of mind is while you're away, so I tailor my communication to your preferences. Daily photo and regular check ins are always available as part of my service. I will also ensure to attend to a pre meet before confirming the booking for multi-day pet sits to ensure I am the right fit for your pet.

I'm capable at caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, routines and behavioural needs. I'm comfortable managing anxious, shy and independent pets, responding calmly to situations and will ensure a process for emergencies. I can administer medication in food, and i am attentive and reliable in ensuring your pets safety and wellbeing.

Pet visits and dog walks are a duration of 30 minutes. If I am booked for two visits per day I will ensure same and if booked for day and overnight I will make sure your pets are accompanied for the majority of the booking.
