Hi! My name is Kathi, I’m originally from Austria and currently living in Wollongong.

I have always loved animals and grew up with pets. Back home, my family has a cat, we had a family dog for many years, and we also kept chickens. Over the years I have cared for a variety of small animals as well, including guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and rabbits. Being around animals has always been a natural and important part of my life.

I am an active and responsible person who enjoys spending time outdoors, going for walks, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. Through my background working with children as an educator and nanny, I am very patient, attentive, and reliable. I understand how important trust is when someone is looking after a family member—whether that family member has two legs or four!

I have experience caring for dogs and cats through family, friends, and regular pet sitting. I am confident with different personalities, from energetic dogs who love long walks to more reserved pets who need patience and a calm approach.

Dog walks are typically 30–60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs and energy level. I am happy to send photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and happy.

In case of an emergency, I remain calm, act responsibly, and contact both the owner and a veterinarian immediately if necessary. My background as an educator and nanny has taught me to be reliable, attentive, and prepared for unexpected situations.

I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. During visits I can provide fresh food and water, walks, playtime, cuddles, basic grooming, medication if required, and of course plenty of attention. I am happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any special instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.

I am comfortable caring for dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and other small pets. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy long walks, so energetic dogs are very welcome too.
