Hi, I’m AJ!

I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember and have spent my life around dogs of all sizes and personalities. One of the most important dogs in my life is my family’s dog, Boulder, who lives in South Africa. While I don’t get to see him as often as I would like, he helped shape my love for animals and taught me how special the bond between pets and their owners truly is.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter is simple: I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and helping them live happy, active, and fulfilling lives. I treat every dog in my care with the same attention, patience, and affection I would give my own.

When it comes to walks, I typically go for 45–60 minutes, exploring local parks and trails to give dogs a good run and mental stimulation. I am comfortable caring for one dog at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. When boarding, dogs follow a structured daily routine including morning walks, playtime, rest, an afternoon outing, and a calm evening wind-down.

I am happy to reinforce basic training commands and can adapt to specific needs including administering oral medications if required. I prefer to welcome vaccinated pets only, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
