Over the years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of providing long-term pet sitting across Hoxton Park and West Hoxton for stays ranging from 10 to 17 days. - How often do they need to be walked, and for how long? 

- What is the maximum amount of time the pet can comfortably
be left entirely on their own? 

- How do they react to other dogs, cats, strangers, or children? 

- Are they terrified of storms, fireworks, or loud sudden noises? 

- Do they have tendencies to dig, chew furniture, bark excessively, or attempt to jump fences/escape?

Shale Hills Dog Park (The Main Highlight) 

Located right on the intersection of Second and Mannow Avenues in West Hoxton, this is a premier 5-hectare dedicated dog park within the Western Sydney Parklands. It is an incredible space if your dog loves to explore and play. 

What is the estimated time that you will spend with my pet each day? 

"Because I am a stay-at-home mum, your pet will have
company for the vast majority of the day! I am generally around the house for about 20 to 22 hours a day, meaning your dog will never be left alone for long
stretches. 

Here is how our daily time together generally breaks down: 

- Dedicated Active Time (1.5 to 2 hours): This includes a
structured 45–60 minute walk (tailored to their energy level) plus focused playtime, fetch in the yard, or basic trick/training games. 

- Passive Company & Cuddles (All Day): While I am doing things around the house or looking after the family, your pup becomes part of our daily rhythm. They’ll have constant company, whether they want to nap at my feet while I'm busy, hang out in the backyard, or lounge on their couch. 

- Minimal Alone Time: The only times I pop out of the house
are for quick errands or school runs, meaning your dog would only be left entirely on their own for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours at a time.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Dogs stay in the yard during the day and sleep in a dedicated, secure outdoor shed at night (2.4m x 1.9m).

- Food & Treats: Enough food, specialized diets, and treats for the entire stay (plus a little extra in case of delays).

- Feeding Schedule & Instructions: Specific details on portion sizes, timing, and any dietary restrictions.

- Medication (if applicable): Clear instructions and necessary dosages.

- Comfort Items: Familiar items like their leash, bed, bowls, or favorite toys to help them settle in.
