Greetings owners! I'm Jess, a fun loving & adventurous individual that would love the opportunity to care for your furry friends!

I love travelling & have been continuously doing so since 2023. I’ve been travelling around Australia for the past two years, & am now on my final year Working Holiday VISA. I am permanently located in Perth until the end of my VISA & I am working as a HQ Co-ordinator at a toursim company. However much I love travelling, I do miss my family pets back home. So I started house sitting and caring for pets, to enjoy some furry companionship in my downtime.

Since being in Australia, I have been continuously housesitting & have had the pleasure of caring for over 50 different families & pets. As a result, I’ve cared for many different breeds of dogs, including Staffordshire terriers, German Shepherds & Border Collies. This has also included many rescue dogs. 

I have a family dog back in England. Barney (Parsons Russell - 15). Barney has always been very cuddly & active, so I'm use to getting out for plenty of walks & good sniffs. He is however, nervous in public, so I'm used to pets that may require that extra special attention. I've had a variety of pets throughout my life, including cats (3 rescue cats), dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, tropical fish & insects. I have also worked as an Apes Keeper at a Safari park and a Kennel Attendant at a Retired Greyhounds kennels. Good news! I also love retiples, so snakes, geckos & even amphibians are never out of the question. 

I respect that everyone’s home is a private place & should be treated with the utmost care. So the welfare of your pets & the security of your home is my top priority! I am a shoes off at the door & coasters on the table person, keeping your home clean & tidy throughout our stay. My goal is for you to go away with total peace of mind that everything in your home is treated with the same level of care that you would give to it.

Please note: if you are booking a dog walk/home visit, I will always spend a minimum of 1 hour walking or keeping your pets company. They deserve it :).

I am also a registered memeber on Trusted Housesitters, Aussie Housesitters & Mad Paws. And am more than happy to provide references upon request.

Please note: I am travelling with my long term boyfriend of 5 years, Sam. And will usually do housesits with him. He has his own family dog Tarka (5yrs old - Cocker Spaniel) also back in the UK. He would also of course, come to any prior meet and greets required.
