To ensure the highest level of care and safety, I ask all clients to provide:

• Preferred veterinarian details
• Medical history and dietary requirements
• Daily routines, behaviours and any special needs
• Information about any recent changes in behaviour, diet or health

I also offer an initial meet-and-greet consultation so we can discuss your pet's routine, personality and needs. Then followed by an update after each session. This helps me provide care that feels familiar, consistent and stress-free for your animal.
