Hi! I'm Lulu. I'm a curious and compassionate person who loves animals and the outdoors. By day, I'm a librarian-turned-PhD researcher studying how libraries support rural communities across Australia. Outside of work, I love reading, spending time in nature and by the sea, camping, seeing live music or training for my first marathon. I'm reliable, patient and caring, and I'd love to make sure your pets feel safe, happy and cared for while you're away.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely cherish. I have over 5 years of professional experience through Mad Paws, 15+ years caring for the pets of friends and family, and I currently volunteer with a local dog rescue. I grew up learning the importance of patience, positive reinforcement and building trust with every animal. We've always adopted rescues, so I'm experienced with anxious or traumatised animals and understand that every pet has different needs.

I'm currently completing my PhD remotely, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can spend plenty of time keeping your pet company (I'd love the company too!). Whether it's walks while you're at work, feeding, playtime, overnight house sitting or simply providing calm companionship throughout the day, I'll care for your pet as if they were my own. Owners often tell me their pets are happy, relaxed and settled after my visits. Building genuine bonds with animals is the most rewarding part of pet sitting, and I'd love the opportunity to care for yours.
