With 40 years of experience caring for dogs, I offer dog minding in my home and dog walking, with plenty of company, exercise and hands-on care. I take pride in making every dog feel welcome and comfortable, so they return home happy and with their individual needs met. Dogs staying with me enjoy a daily walk at Ruffey Lake Park, with the length and pace tailored to their age, energy level and needs. Whether your dog loves a long adventure or prefers a gentler stroll, I’ll make sure they get the exercise and attention that suits them. I’m confident caring for dogs of all sizes, from small companions to large breeds, and have experience with puppies, senior dogs and reactive dogs. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and routine so I can provide thoughtful, attentive care. When your dog stays with me, I stay with them throughout their visit. My home has a large, fully enclosed backyard with high fences, providing a secure space for play, exploring and relaxing. Over the years, I’ve owned or cared for Akitas, Greyhounds, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Australian Cattle Dogs, Maltese Shih Tzus, Labrador–Staffy crosses and American Bulldogs. I also hold a current police check obtained through another agency, which I’m happy to provide. I’d love to hear about your dog and discuss how I can help them feel at home.
