My experience with pets

I have grown up with animals my whole life and absolutely love having them around! My family dog is Wasabi the boxer who you will see in the pictures!I have had experience looking after my own family pets and have had experiences doing house sits. A notable one was a house sit in Morocco that required caring for two rescued stray dogs, Steve and Susie (pictured in the car)! Steve was a very sensitive dog that was prone to getting aggressive and so we really had to learn patience and care in dealing with him. We also fed the local pack of stray dogs each night as a lot of the strays in the area struggled to find food. This gave my partner and I great experience dealing with all kinds of dogs and how to deal with dog interactions safely. Genuinely love dogs and hanging out with them. Whether that be talking them for walks or having snuggles on the couch - will give your furry companion the care and attention it deserves! I am not working at the moment so am able to constantly stay with your animal and live right by the beach so can take them for walks or runs along Bondi! Can tailor walk lengths to suit your dogs needs and am also a big runner so happy to take your dog for runs if you like! I can do anywhere 0-10 kms! 

Care description:

I offer a caring and flexible pet sitting service and can walk, run with, and snuggle your dog to make sure they feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. I’m also able to administer medication to pets if needed. I only board one dog at a time, or up to two small dogs, so your pet will receive plenty of individual attention. Dog walks can be tailored to suit your pet’s needs, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and I offer up to 3 walks per day. I’m currently not working, so I’m available full-time to spend the day with your dog and can supervise guest pets 24/7. I live with my boyfriend and best friend in a pet-friendly home, and guest pets are welcome to sleep in our bedroom if they feel most comfortable there. We also have a small downstairs backyard for outdoor time and fresh air.

I’m a 28-year-old lawyer originally from Auckland who has recently moved to Sydney and absolutely loves spending time with animals. I live just a 5-minute walk from Bondi Beach, so there are plenty of beautiful pet-friendly areas nearby for walks, playtime, and outdoor adventures. I’m active, caring, and love making pets feel comfortable, happy, and well looked after while their owners are away.
