I have always believed that animals are better company than humans. They're easy to understand and care for, easy to read, feed and love. Animals have always had a big part in my life and a huge place in my heart. I have rescued and hand-raised kittens, nursed dogs back to good health and spent many years working alongside other volunteers at a native wildlife rehabilitation centre.

Although I'm happily owned by a group of cats, I would love to spend more time with other animals. I miss playing with puppies both old and new, chatting away to birds, cuddling rats and mice and watching fish. I'm even happy to look after slimy and scaly creatures - all animals need love and tlc.

As a pet sitter, I'm willing to:

• Look after your pets by giving them tlc, food & water and company
• Take them out for walks - dogs, cats, ferrets...even goldfish!
• I am not trained as a groomer but I am happy to wash your pooch if it is required
