Hi there! My name is Safia Yukari, and I am a passionate pet lover living right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Back home, I grew up surrounded by dogs, so I know exactly how much they mean to a family and how important it is to keep them happy, active, and safe. As an international student, I deeply miss having pets around, and pet sitting is my absolute favorite way to share that love while helping busy owners in my community. 

Although I am still building my professional experience, I take this responsibility very seriously. I am constantly studying pet first aid, dog behavior, and positive reinforcement on my own to ensure your furry friend is always in safe, knowledgeable hands. I am fully comfortable following your specific training rules, routines, and handling nervous or shy pets with patience. I can also administer basic oral medications if required.

During our bookings, I will keep you fully updated by sending regular messages and plenty of photos of our adventures so you can have total peace of mind. In the rare case of an emergency, your pet's safety is my number one priority; I will immediately contact you and head to the nearest local vet.

What I Offer:

• Dog Walking: 30 or 60-minute walks tailored to your dog's energy levels. This includes fresh water refills, paw wiping if it rains, and plenty of sniffing time. I can walk small to medium-sized dogs. Only 2 at once.

• Pet Sitting / Home Visits: I provide 45-minute drop-in visits for feeding, litter box or cage cleaning, playtime, and companionship. I am happy to care for all dog sizes during sits, as well as cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets and fish!

Important Details:

Because I live in an apartment right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, I do not host pets overnight at my place. All sitting services and walks take place at your home or in your neighborhood. I am highly flexible with my hours as a student, available for early morning walks or evening visits. 

I am available everyday for walking and sitting. Fridays and Weekends I have full availability. Monday to Thursday, morning and nights available.
