Hi! My name is Gianna, and I’m an animal lover who has grown up surrounded by pets. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away.

I currently live on the Gold Coast and have a flexible schedule. My background in hospitality and housekeeping has made me responsible, organised, punctual, and attentive to detail—qualities that I bring to every pet I care for.

I offer dog walking (typically 30–60 minutes, depending on your dog’s age, energy level, and needs), home visits, feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, litter box cleaning, and regular photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I always follow your pet’s usual routine and any instructions you provide to help them feel comfortable and secure.

I’m patient with shy or nervous pets and understand that every animal needs time to build trust. I’m also happy to reinforce basic commands you’ve already been working on, such as sit, stay, and wait, using positive encouragement.

Safety is my top priority. In case of an emergency, I would contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic. During walks, I always keep dogs on a lead unless instructed otherwise in a safe, enclosed area.

When caring for pets, I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and mental stimulation throughout the visit. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll adapt to their personality and needs.

I have experience caring for dogs and cats with different personalities, from energetic and playful pets to those who are shy and need a little extra patience. I always take the time to let pets feel comfortable at their own pace and never force interactions. If I notice any changes in their behaviour, appetite, or health, I’ll contact the owner straight away. I’m happy to care for senior pets who need a slower routine and can follow detailed care instructions, including feeding schedules and medication, as long as clear guidance is provided by the owner.
