Hi! I’m Sherry, an animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with both dogs and cats. 🐶🐱

While I don’t have professional pet-care experience, I have spent a lot of time caring for and being around pets. My dog, Cooper, currently lives with my family, but I make sure to take him for a walk every week. He loves running and swimming, although he can be a little shy at first. I also spend time with my grandma’s cat, Skuta, who loves being close to people when she’s in the mood!

Being around them has taught me that every animal has their own personality, boundaries and needs. I’m happy to play with energetic pets, give quieter pets their space, or simply keep them company. Seeing them relaxed and happy makes me happy too!

🐾 My services

I mainly offer home visits, dog walking and daytime care for dogs and cats. Visits can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours and can include feeding, refreshing water, walking, playtime and companionship.

For dog walks, I’m based in Southport and can provide walks from 30 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on your dog’s needs. I will mainly take dogs for walks in local parks and suitable off-leash areas, with the owner’s permission. If driving is required to reach a particular park or walking area, please let me know in advance, as this will depend on the travel time.

For doggy daytime care, I usually care for pets for around 2 hours or longer, depending on what we arrange in advance. Most of the time will be spent walking, playing or relaxing at a local park. If your dog needs an indoor break, they can relax in the living room of my home. During their stay, I can provide walks, playtime, companionship, feeding and fresh water according to their normal routine.

I normally accept one pet at a time so I can give them my full attention. I may consider two pets from the same household if both are calm, comfortable together and do not require intensive individual attention. Please discuss this with me before booking.

I do not offer overnight or sleepover services. For longer daytime care arranged in advance, I can bring my own food or order delivery so I can stay with your pet as much as possible. If I need to step out briefly, your pet would normally not be left alone for more than 10 minutes.

I’m most comfortable caring for small to medium-sized dogs and cats without known aggressive behaviour. I provide general pet care and companionship only, and do not offer bathing, grooming or specialised medical care.

Most importantly, I’ll follow your instructions and respect your pet’s normal routine, personality and boundaries so they can feel safe and comfortable while they’re with me. 🐾❤️
