I have decades of years experience caring for all types of animals including dogs, cats, birds, rats, horses and even wildlife. I had been a foster carer for dogs for 12 years. I also ran a Staffy rescue for 4 years before becoming involved with wildlife rescue.

Caring for animals is my life. It is something I have always wanted to do as far back as I can remember (and that's a long, long time lol). I treat each and every one in my care as if they are my own. I am happy to care for the high needs, post op and seniors. I can also administer medication, bath wounds and am happy to brush and pamper your fur, feathered, scaley pet.

* Daily visits - I am retired, so can offer flexible days and times. I will spend 30mins playing with them or just sit quietly for cuddles. Chatting with them is my favourite past time. I will freshen their water and feed them. Though walking them is not something I can offer. 

If required I will water your plants, take in your mail and put out your bins. I also change cat litter, clean cages, do poop patrol, brush your pet and administer medication. All this is included in 30mins.

A meet and greet is required before booking is confirmed.

* Dog Boarding - I have a medium sized dog named Coco. She is 11yrs young but looks and feels about 7. She will introduce herself to your dog and then mostly keep to herself. She is use to sharing her home with others. Though in saying that I do like to give her just us time a few months a year. She is my everything and I am hers.

Our yard is very secure with high wooden paling fences. There have been dozens of foster dogs come through our yard and we have never lost one 🤞. We are on a quarter of an acre so there is plenty of running, pooping, playing room. There is a massive uncover area, as well as a doggy door for them to come in and go out as they please.

They will have free range of inside and outside of our home and yard all day. At night they will be securely tucked up inside with us. Your beloved will have every advantage of our home as Coco does. They will be allowed (if you allow) to snuggle with us on the couch. They will have access to fresh, clean water 24/7.

There is usually someone home all the time except shopping day, appointments or coffee with friends. I am not usually gone for more than a couple of hours, maybe once or twice a week. And I never leave them alone for the first couple of days to make sure they have settled in.

If for any reason our dogs need time out from each other that is not an issue. I am very experienced at reading dog body language and have the facilities to keep the furkids separated if necessary. I will supervise them at all times until I feel they have settled in.

Boarding is a 24hr period. Drop off anytime after 8:30am.

Dogs must be fully toilet trained and vaccinated.

Bring - Bedding, food, favorite treats, coat (winter stay), collar or harness, lead, medication
