I'm Cat, a 30yo woman with lots of dog-sitting experience. I grew up with dogs and have been doing Pawshake on and off for a few years now. I am best-suited to looking after small to medium sized dogs, but can accommodate large dogs too. I have experience with dogs off all sizes and breeds, and can also administer medication and care.

I also have experience as a rabbit owner and would be happy to look after small pets. I can safely administer medication and medical care to rabbits, and have experience with caring for all of their complex needs. I've dealt with medical emergencies and attacks with rabbits and dogs, and have always handled them well. I always assess the emergency, check the pet and take them to the vet immediately if needed.

I love meeting new dogs (and other pets) and have a friendly, confident and kind demeanour. I will always follow an animal's boundaries and needs, and respect that all dogs are unique. I can deal with a range of demeanours (nervous, energetic, scared, excited), and am very adaptable.

I have a large backyard that's is safely fenced in, so your dogs will have plenty of space to roam, and many safe and cosy spots inside. I love the company of pets and as I'm home all day, your pet would never be left alone. I'm dedicated to making pets feel comfortable and safe.

I currently have 7 chicken free roaming in my backyard, but they will be leaving at the end of July. I spend most days at home due to chronic pain, but always take a daily walk in the afternoon. It would be lovely to have a dog for company on my daily walk. I also do the chickens' night routine before getting cosy and having some tea on the couch with a good to show.
