Hi, I’m Amy! I’ve grown up around animals and have always loved caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with large breeds, including my own Bernese Mountain Dog x Norwegian Elkhound, and have also looked after friends’ and family’s pets, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines and energy levels.

I offer walks, drop-in visits, daycare and overnight stays, tailoring my care to each dog’s needs. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playtime or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and at home. Walks are typically 30–60 minutes (longer walks are available on request), and visits include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles and medication if required.

Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I provide regular photo updates, follow your dog’s routine closely and will contact you immediately should an emergency ever arise. During overnight stays, pets are only left alone for short periods if I need to pop out, never for extended hours.

If an unexpected situation does arise, I stay calm and act quickly. For example, while walking a neighbour’s dog, they suffered an injury and I immediately contacted the owners before taking them to the nearest vet to be assessed. Communication and your pet’s wellbeing will always come first.

I’m reliable, caring and treat every pet as if they were my own. I also like to ask owners what works best for their dog, particularly those with lots of energy, so I can keep training and routines as consistent as possible using the cues they’re familiar with.
