Hi, my name is Belinda (Bella) for short and I provide loving, reliable animal care services in St Kilda and surrounding Melbourne areas, and also Long- stay Sits for Regional Victorian Regions.

I have been pet sitting and caring for animals for over 15 years, and animals have always been a central part of my life. I grew up surrounded by animals including purebred Maine Coons, Bengals, dogs, horses, and life on a cattle farm so I’m very confident caring for a wide range of breeds and temperaments.

Sadly, my beautiful 12-year-old Maine Coon recently passed away, which now allows me to welcome animals into my home again. I offer a safe, calm and loving environment for pets needing boarding or day care.

My apartment is located in St Kilda directly opposite the St Kilda Botanical Gardens, with access to a large, fully fenced and very secure backyard, as well as the gardens nearby for walks and enrichment.

Services I offer

• Regular dog walking (30–60 minutes)

• Doggy day care

• Pet boarding for cats and dogs in my home

• House sitting and property care while you’re away

• Pet visits (feeding, playtime, companionship)

• Cat care including feeding, playtime and litter cleaning

• Dog care including feeding, exercise and enrichment

• Transport to parks, beach outings or vet appointments if required

• Grooming assistance – brushing, and basic care

• Plant watering

I also offer a home cleaning service's for an extra charge if you desire your home spick and span on your arrival back from your holiday.

I’m happy to spend 30 minutes, an hour, or longer with your pet depending on your needs whether it’s a daily walk while you’re at work or full care while you’re travelling.

Availability & lifestyle

I am currently studying Astroherbalism online full-time, which means I am home approximately 95% of the time. I may occasionally go out to explore the area or visit friends, but I am rarely away from the house for more than four hours at a time, ensuring pets receive consistent attention, supervision and care.

Additional experience

• Reiki Level 3 practitioner / Animal Reiki for relaxation and gentle energetic support

• Comfortable with all breeds, temperaments and ages

• Experience with cats, dogs, horses and farm animals

My approach

I treat every animal as if they were my own, providing a calm, safe and attentive environment where they feel comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.

I also keep homes clean, tidy and well maintained, and I’m happy to care for plants, and general house duties.
